Who We Are

New Life KeralaAyurveda Hospital is located at Aruna Hospital Line, H.No: 3-8-219, Road No: 4, Chandrapuri Colony, L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500074, India. You may contact us at info@newlifeayurveda.com or call +91 96662 63644.

What We Collect

When you submit the contact or appointment form on our website, we collect your name, phone number, the health concern or service you select, your preferred appointment date, and any message you choose to provide. We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what you voluntarily share in your enquiry.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule consultations, and provide the care or information you request. When you submit the form, your details are transmitted to us via WhatsApp at your own initiation — we do not store this data on any server.

WhatsApp Communication

Submitting the appointment form on our website opens WhatsApp on your device and pre-fills a message to our WhatsApp Business number (+91 96662 63644). You initiate this communication yourself. Any communication conducted on WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's own privacy terms and policies.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties. We share your information only with our treating physicians and internal staff as necessary to provide you with the requested care, or where required by applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain enquiry and patient data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected — including your ongoing care and our legal and medical record obligations — after which it is securely deleted.

Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. EU residents also have applicable rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To exercise any of these rights, please email us at info@newlifeayurveda.com.

Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use non-essential tracking or advertising cookies unless you provide explicit consent. If analytics tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Security

Our website is served over HTTPS. We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

Children

This website is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

This policy is provided as a template for convenience and does not constitute legal advice. Please have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer before publishing, particularly with respect to compliance with India's DPDP Act 2023 and any other applicable regulations.
